They performed brake service on my car I did not drive it right away because it's not my everyday car. However once I started driving it I noticed the rear brakes were rubbing. I went back to tell them the problem he told me a day to bring it back which I did. When I went back I was told that I had to leave my car & they probably wouldn't get to it until the next day. I asked why tell me to bring it on a specific day & you're not going to fix it the guy placed my keys on the counter & told me to take it somewhere else. I left there angry cause I paid for a service that wasn't done correctly I would not recommend them to anyone especially with their lack of concern & professionalism.

Eli was such a great help on 5/20/20 when I called to ask about a warranty I had regarding work I had done at this establishment May 2019. I explained to Eli my issue and he was upfront about the wait for service being 2 days if needed since I had some noise coming from my car when braking but was getting my car checked somewhere else. Eli assured me that I could call and update him if I needed to bring my car in. Called and spoke to Eli today 5/21/20, I informed him that nothing needed to be replaced and the other place said the noise may be caused by water getting on the rotors. Eli, was able to give me an even more in depth explanation regarding the water on the rotors. Eli was nice, patient, honest and informative during all my experiences. Thank you Eli and all staff!!

My car got broken into on there property and they said they not responsible for what happened to my car I honestly believe that they had something to do with my car getting broken into they took all my relay switches from my car it hasn't been a week or a little over a week and another problem acured which was not a problem before I took my car there i really believe they take parts off other people car's for other customers car do not take your car there
