Took my car in and this shop completely messed up some wiring in my car. I brought my car back out to them after the lights and sensors were not working on my car and they said it had nothing to do with them. Ended up having to take my car to the dealership and they told me that there were some wires cut and rewired. After numerous attempts to Bridgeview Auto Center, i was offered no help in the situation and had to pay out of pocket for an issue they messed up on my car. They were very unprofessional in handling this situation and had lied about the damage they had done to my car. This is not a trustworthy business and i would not recommend this place to anyone.
They have been taking care of my car for years. Very trustworthy.
We just bought a 2019 BMW X-6 from AJ and he was awesome !!!!! Answered every question, sent video, sent pictures, anything we ask.... He even lined up the shipping and everything went perfect.....
