Mike, Rob and the whole staff were fantastic, they got my daily driver back on the road in no time. Oil change, AC recharge, cooling fan replacement (fixed and overheating issue), as well as locating & fixing an EVAP fault that triggered a CEL. They kept me updated throughout the process, and made me feel confident that my vehicle will be repaired properly and be ready for the road once again. Fair pricing, and they even substituted in an OEM fan for the same price as the aftermarket when the aftermarket turned out to not be available from the supplier. Thank you. Outlier is a great place. I've dealt with Mike & Jon and my experience with them is in line with the other reviews. They are thorough and explain what's going on. I've normally taken my wife's and my cars to a shop in Matteson, but with gas prices on the rise, had been looking for someplace closer to home. The waiting room is clean if you're waiting there instead of dropping off. Everybody is professional, and it's the kind of shop I'd feel comfortable sending my parents to if they needed repairs or basic maintenance. They've earned my trust.
