Calm, relaxing, clean, peaceful atmosphere. The customer service beautifully diverse - all was treated with same respect and patience. The the service rep. was informal on the findings. An overall great experience. ????????????????
As advertised: a fair price for work that’s actually needed. And great documentation of the problem areas with pictures. And the owner isn’t shy about showing his face with customers and around the business. This is the only garage that I send my parents and my kids to.
I had bad experience with them 2 times. I took my car for break change to them, they replace pads and rotor on all four wheels, than few months later my car starting vibrating when i brake. I took the car again to them for inspection and they said it was clippers and now they charged me again for breaks and clippers without giving my any discount on the bad brake work they did last time.
