We had a 2:00 appointment for an oil change. Got there on time (actually early) and manager told us all the guys were out to lunch. Car was finally taken in to get serviced at 2:35. It is now 4:05 and they are still working on the car. Taking over two hours for a basic oil change is ridiculous. …. Oh wait, the mechanic just came out and said they forgot to put in the new oil filter....doh! We actually also had a 3:00 appointment for an oil change for our other car. Needless to say that appointment was cancelled. We didn’t get home until 4:30. Cannot recommend using Berwyn Midas. We will certainly never use this place again.

Do not trust this place. I went there for a brake inspection because my brakes were making noise. I get a call back from one of the guys the next day saying that my brakes didn’t need changing. He said “we didn’t even inspect it. You can tell from the outside they’re still good” I pick up my truck & the brakes noises continued. I took it to another mechanic shop and turns out my back brakes were already metal to metal! Midas was lazy to inspect my truck and rather lied to me and sent me home with bad brakes. How dangerous is that. DONT BOOK HERE.

Everyone at Midas in Berwyn, IL is so kind and courteous to me. They have done excellent work in repairing my car over the past year that I have been taking my car there. Would recommend to anyone.
