Another good experience at Whitt's I purchased a used vehicle from a local car sales location about a year ago. Low milage good condition. I purchased a 3rd party waranty as I wanted to protect my investment. Fast forward a year. Driving the vehicle home a few nights ago it made noises. Took it to Whitt's the next day. After 20 years of servicing our family's vehicles Whitt's is our first stop. When I dropped it off I informed Mike of the car's problems and my 3rd party warranty. I left Mike the paperwork at his request. He called the next day. He told me what the issue was with my vehicle and told me it was not covered under the 3rd party warranty as he had called them so I didn't have to. He then informed me my Chey has a transferable warranty through Chevrolet and that if I took it there it would be fixed free of charge. I wasn't aware my vehicle had that.
