Velasquez Performance Exhaust

I called the shop to see about having a custom exhaust installed to my 2009 C6 Corvette. They had stated that it would be under $200 and they had openings on 05/02/2021. I went to the shop and spoke with the receptionist where she stated that a mechanic will have to look at the car. It took 10-15min for a mechanic to come over to greet me (note there were 4 mechanics working on 1 Chevy Blazer, and 1 talking with her while she played on her cell phone). The mechanic then stated it would be $280 as it would take 2 1/2 hours to install. Stock cat-back system for the Corvette is all bolt-on, and the custom exhaust is also all bolt-on. Total time should be 30-60 minutes and under $150 for labor. He kept insisting and wanting to make sure I had all the parts in my complete enclosed kit. Was getting bad vibes from this place from the start. I will not do business with this place in the future. Service: Exhaust

We brought my son's car to have it checked. They told us that everything would be $1600 total including parts and labor. The car was done 2 days late and when we came to pick it up, they were charging is $2400. That's $800 more than what they told us. If we knew it would be $800 more, we would have taken the car somewhere else. They are a bunch of unprofessional crooks. I don't know how they could sleep at night!!!
