The entire experience was fantastic from the liaisons, Joe and Caleb to the technicians, Walter and Nestor. The techs left my Lexus LS 460 with no evidence of the 40 or so dents from our April 4 th hailstorm!!! Very pleased and only a 3-4 day turnaround.
I had an incredible experience with The Hail Group. After suffering some hail damage, they helped me make a claim to my insurance, covered my deductible, arranged my rental car, and kept me informed along the way. Caleb was an absolute joy to work with and my car looks as good as new. Thank you!!
I have to say, is that not many repair shops will own their mistakes. But Josh came through to make things right. I appreciate everything they did for me, especially Logan, whom I believe is an asset to this company. Communication was the key to me. Some things were out of his control, which I understood, and he relayed all updates through phone calls. A BIG Thank you, Logan. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that was done to my truck due to hail damage.
