South auto repair did some work on my car. The original quote was $650 to fix everything. They told me that there was some additional work needed that being the alternator. It was recommended we fix that as well and I agreed. When I came to pick up the car the bill was $2,235. The break down of the bill just has random car parts with various prices next to them on a generic invoice without any part numbers. For example: Oil change $150, tie rod boot $575, inner tie rod $650. When asked for a breakdown of the bill the owner Wendy who wrote it up went nuclear on me. On our way home to Michigan we broke down and were fortunate enough to be referred here. They ordered, received and fixed our alternator and an oil change in under 2 hours! Happy stayed open late too! Service: Electrical
