RIVERVIEW BODY SHOP INC

I confess that I am disappointed with Riverview. I took in my 2011 Ford E-350 van for a new rear bumper, take care of a few dents in the back and repaint the affected areas. I was called 10 days later and told that it was done and ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the shop at about 3:30 I was told that it would not be ready until 5 PM. Then one of the workmen said that it was ready to go and he pulled it around. What I came to realize after I left is that none of the detail work to clean up the car after repairs was done. There is a little paint overspray and hand print on a window, the gas cap had plastic over it for paint overspray, and their work stickers were still on the van. Not huge deals at all. I also found a knife in my van and was told that a vendor was handing them out and one of the guys left it in my van and I could keep it. First time customer. Fixed a large dent on my Audi, looks brand new. Staff was great and was done much quicker than expected. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends. Service: Body & Trim

Review of November 2020 So basically having a great body shop is like having a great doctor. You want the best when you need them but you hope that you don't have to call them. Riverview is like having the best specialist's mobile phone number at your disposal. They do great work and customer service is beyond 5 star. Unfortunatley we have had to have 2 vehicles repaired by them. Fortunately we had them to repair by them!!! They were amazing both times. ~ Thank you Joel and all of your staff !!
