These folks are always fantastic! We have been taking our BMWs, Mercedes, and other cars here for years. They frequently go above and beyond the simple things. This one turned out to be a simple tire replacement/upgrade... but it could have eaily been so much more if they wanted to charge me for it. Put more directly. I would recommend anyone who owns a Mercedes to go here. They truly care about their customers experience. My experience have been that they do not have qualified technicians to fix German cars. I went there for a regular 70k miles service and since then my car has been giving several problems which made me end up spending 5k more. They still aren't able to get the check engine light off. The car had been at the shop 4 times I'm two months since every time they say it is fixed then in couple days the engine light comes back up again. Evertime it's a new problem that they find. They are finally asking me to go to mercedes dealer after spending 5k on the car and not able to resolve the issue.
