First off, if I could more stars I would! Benton’s, and Esteban deserve 10 STARS! I live in California, my daughter, 19, attends Aurora University, and I received a call from her that her car was smoking under the hood and quickly began to overheat. I had it towed to a Firestone where I have an account and knew I could have the car checked out since I have ZERO auto repair shops I know or trust in Aurora... As a parent, so far away, there’s a feeling of helplessness and some vulnerability. I called Benton’s, by the grace of god, and Esteban answered.... I told him the story and let me tell you, Esteban was totally understanding, genuine, caring, I felt his honesty from 2800 miles away... He set up a tow for me to get the car to him from Firestone... The customer service was OVER THE TOP! I am still in awe on how someone, so far away, who I might never meet in person, can be so trustworthy and reassuring... I am GRATEFUL for Esteban and all the workers at Benton’s Auto for their honesty

Absolutely recommend this place! I have been going to them for at least 4 years. They provide amazing service, always communicate the issues before working on anything, honest group of people there, and prices are always fair! I live an hour away, but work in the Aurora area and will always bring my car to them before anyone else!
