I brought my car here twice a 2015 Chevy Cruze. First, I just needed the batter changed. First and foremost, the owner is nice but he should not be working on newer cars with new technology. He can only work on older cars that has no computer. Back to the batter changed, after a while my car would not start every once in a while, when I press the start button. I brought it to 3 dealerships, and they could not figure it out. Finally, I went to the chat forums of Chevy Cruze owners, and 1 person had a similar problem. He stated that when he himself changed the battery, he did not know that it is connected to the computer. Sure enough, when I brought it to the dealership, they found that the mechanic who changed the battery did not know that either. I gave him second chance, My window on the driver side stopped working so I brought it to First Point thinking it is simple. After he changed the window, a couple of days later it stopped working.
