I have lived in the neighborhood on and off since 1978, but only started using them the past 5 to 7 years with my Chevy Venture Mini-van. They live by the hypocratic oath and will try to do the least amount of harm to your pocketbook as possible. They will try to do a small fix instead of a big expensive fix to see if the small fix works and generally it does. They are honest and competent. I heard from a neighbor who recommended him that the Owner is a former Prospect High School Grad so these are long time local people who can't afford to rip anybody off. Other places may be cheaper but you will likely get what you paid for. Here, I think you get quality repairs. I literally drop off my car the night before and stick my key in an envelope through the garage door and sort of explain my problem and they can pretty much figure it out. They seem to have all the advanced computer equipment and even seem to go online to see if there are any fleet defects or common problems with your
