Advance Auto Parts

Ordered a lower control arm bump, last part needed to get truck back on road and go-to work tomorrow. I called at 7 pm to see if it arrives, they said yes it came in at 3pm (of which yesterday I was told they would call when it arrived). I got pick it up and it is NOT a bump it is a control arm bushing! Then they tell me that because it is now after 6 pm they won't be able to get it til Friday. Had they called me at 3 when it arrived they would have been able to correct their mistake and had it delivered by tomorrow so now I have to miss 2 more days of work over their mistake! ????????????

I didn't actually even go here but since Google thought I did I figured I don't have anything bad to say about the place or the service and that deserves 4 stars. Last time I was there they were helpful but that was last year.

I came in the other night after traveling from oklahoma with a bad battery. I finally made it back into town and stopped in. Jason was an excellent help and understood that it had been an exhausting day for me and installed the battery no questions asked. Im glad to see him working for advance now. Highly recommend.
