Just I couldn’t wait three hours to rotate tires so I didn’t actually use them

Went in to twin falls Walmart at about 830am Sunday morning, was told it would be about an hour to accomplish changing 4 tires that I brought in, smooth transaction on time, good job, thank you! Pro tip = early morning is best. Automotive fluids on the spendy side, comparable to all the regular parts stores, usually better oil change specials at the parts stores.

Wouldn’t even give it one star. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. We sat there for 25 minutes two days in a row without a single person even acknowledging our existence and we were just trying to get an oil change. FINALLY they come up to us saying “did you need something?” Like we hadn’t been sitting there for 25 minutes but we let it go and said that we just needed an oil change and he laughs and told us no we’re not talking anymore appointments tonight. An hour and a half before you close? With one car ahead of us? And no apology for making us wait? Just laughs at us tells us no and walks away? Seriously? 0/10 would not recommend.
