I’ve always been treated well at Jiffy Lube. The staff is so friendly from the time I’m greeted when I pull up to the last check to make sure all the caps are tight. In my book, customer service is right at the top. Bravo, Jiffy Lube for raising the bar!
Went at 10am on Saturday. All three bays were being used for full service. It would be a 40 min wait. No thanks! Why don't you just leave one bay open for quick services like oil change?
These guys are great. I used to get my oil changed somewhere else. But then I got a VW and they made me go to O’Reillys buy a filter and then come back. It was just an extra step I didn’t want, or need to take. So I tried out jiffy lube. Not only did I not have to buy the filter, I was in and out in 15 minutes!!! The other place I was there for an hour minimum. That’s not to say jiffy lube is always that quick. But if you hit it at the right time, you can be in and out in 15 minutes.
