Our van ran into trouble on a cross country trip and although Rico wasn't able to help me (holiday weekend, no parts anywhere) he took the time to dig through the vehicle and make sure I was okay to keep driving. He offered an honest, professional opinion that was HUGE for peace of mind during a very stressful time. If I lived in Nampa I'd take my next car problem to Rico, no doubt about it.
Got stuck with a broken radiator while driving cross country. Rico and the team were able to order the necessary parts and complete the repair within a few hours. Rico was honest and transparent, we got a fair price and excellent service. So grateful!
