Quick Lane at Corwin Ford Nampa

I was in for an oil change. I’ve been coming here since I bought my 2003 Ford Excursion in 2002. The routine service and attention to detail has kept my vehicle in excellent condition at 272,000 miles. As I was going home I thought, I take them for granted. They have had consistently good help who’ve been here for years. Good folks doing good work, thank you. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Brakes, Oil change

I tried to get to get an oil change at 6pm. But apparently when the sign says open til 7pm that doesn't mean anything. The kid at the counter said they had to get their tires inside. When I looked over, the tires were already inside. I thought when you had a business you wanted customers. What was I thinking. I guess I need to start going somewhere where somebody would like my money.What a joke. Some of us hard working people can't leave our vehicles because we need them or work hours where we can't make appointments. Sorry, where I work 7pm means 7pm. What ever happened to customer service?

Quickly at Corwin Ford is always quality service. Even with the appointments out 3 weeks dropped my car off was done in 2 hours! Well done five stars!
