I just needed an inspection. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It has been a rough year. Frank helped me out with a coupon. Brad was amazing. He helped me with rides to their shop and home. He even helped me with my coolant! Brad is knowledgeable, compassionate and kind.

I have been very surprised how personable the staff has been. I have never felt like a number. The customer service has been amazing. They have been wonderful about following up and checking in, just to make sure things are still going good. The work that was done, was done quickly and I haven't had any issues almost a year later. I had some major oil leaks and I was super skeptical that they were going to fix them and have them stay fixed. Sure enough, they indeed fixed the oil leaks and they have stayed fixed! I would definitely do your research. These guys charge you way more for the car parts than most mechanics. Long story short, they charged us 3,000.00 to fix the front breaks, along with a few other issues that came up on their diagnostic report. 2 weeks later my moms front breaks locked up again from the same issue that caused them to lock up the first time that ruined her breaks which is what brought us to Mike’s Auto Shop in the first place. They never fixed the main issue that caused the problem and when we took her car back in they wanted to charge us another 2500.00 to fix it. We opted out and had her car towed back to our place. My husband asked why it was so expensive, the mechanic stated the two parts needed were 1600.00 and the rest was in labor. My husband called around to 4 places. The two parts they were charging us for at 1600.00 these other locations were charging 500.00!!! We paid extra to have them run the diagnostic report to solve the main issue when Mike’s Auto shop
