King's Pro-Tire Center Tire Pros

DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP. I took in a wheel/tire in which prematurely wore due to a bad alignment. Since I had 2 new spares which had never been used I took one with me to have the tire swapped from the steel spare to the aluminum wheel for the car. Although the valve stem had been replaced just 3 months earlier, their policy is to change it which adds an additional $4+ to the bill. Ok, fine. Once home with the wheel I find as I am mounting it on the car that the valve stem cap is missing. I went to my pickup to retrieve the valve stem from the new steel wheel which had originally had the new tire that was used. The cap that was on there when I took it in was also missing, as well as the valve stem! So their policy is to install and charge for new parts when performing a service, yet half of the new parts paid for are not provided - AND what new parts you may have on your property when left there are removed as well. I spoke with an employee who referred to themselves as the owner
