Karcher Auto Body

I'm posting the second half of my experience with Karcher, and in particular, Izzy (Ismet). As I wrote in my last review (on my personal account), my brother in law and I decided to rebuild a wreck to save some money in buying me a new car. In short, not many shops were interested in helping us with this project. Izzy and Karcher were, and they helped us out in two stages. First, they did the frame repair work (see image where engine is covered in plastic sheeting) which was excellent. Then, after my brother-in-law and I got all parts and panels back on the car, we took it to Karcher for finishing touches and paint. Izzy even helped me get the SRS airbag system back up and running. I couldn't be happier with the results. What's more, I appreciate the honest and transparent nature with which Karcher conducts business. This was a rewarding project for my family. Like I said in my other review, we'll be bringing any and all future projects to Karcher first. Thanks guys!

I had what was like a pretty easy 2-3 hour job (their words not mine) to get my quarter panel straightened out in which they seemed confident in doing so with their paint less dent removal options. I told them multiple times I would pay more for the work i just wanted it straight. 3 days and 300$ later my quarter panel looks exactly the same as when i dropped it off appearance wise. Not only that I had to pay an additional 300$ to fix the damage they did to my NEW custom hydraulic suspension system. (Yes I’m positive the damage was done by them). i contacted them immediately after picking my car up and was told to bring it back in but was promised a call back from the owner after I informed them I was unable to bring it back in until I had the damage they did to the hydraulic suspension system. I have yet to receive a call back and have called them multiple times only to be told he is busy. There has been no solution to date and this instance occurred 3 weeks ago. I trusted this compan

Didn’t end up using Karcher’s, because after a thorough inspection/estimate they recommended me to a detailing guy for our yellow paint splatter. The detailing company was amazing and able to get off all the splatter with a bit of elbow grease! But Karcher’s was so helpful and didn’t really took time out of their day to help me. Their work ethic is outstanding and didn’t want to charge me an outrageous amount, just because they could. Thanks again guys!
