We came in after closing time and they were so accommodating and helped us out anyway. We very much appreciated all their hard work.
I thought I had narrowed down the right oil for our Ford 6.7 diesel truck and had picked up my own oil we like to normally use, but it was a first time since the truck was out of warranty on this vehicle. The technician stated he did not believe it was correct, even thought it was a very close synthetic. He took the time to show me in my own online manual I had on my phone, that I was missing the "Super Duty" Ford Diesel. Can't believe I missed it and ashamed to admit it after having most of my work career behind wrenches, but I want to give credit where credit is due. Service: Oil change
