The edge of the bottom corner of my rear bumper was shredded by some road debris. I assumed the whole bumper would have to be replaced, but they repaired & rebuilt the plastic, so it was not real expensive. And the repair looks perfect — you cannot tell there was ever any damage. Love it!
Lost custom door inserts. Hood not aligned. Fender has paint run. Had to make them replace a dash clip on return. Returned with my interior dirty and black stuff on passenger side. I ended up washing it myself. Hood not aligned properly. I had to tell them how to order a part after two weeks of them saying they couldn't get it. Took me five minutes to find the part with their own costing sheet and had the dealership I called email me information on it.
Very good communication through text. Apparently one of the representatives had to convince the insurance to pay for damages instead of totaling my car and writing a check for a fraction of what the car is worth. Thanks Jason I believe. ????
