We had an excellent experience. Nicole was amazing! From the minute we dropped our vehicle off until we picked it up, she gave exemplary customer service. Our almost new Toyota Tacoma was T-Boned. The doors were bashed in and it drove sideways going down the street. After we had kept it in perfect condition since buying it, it made us sick just looking at it. Nicole’s in-depth knowledge base along with her expert experience and keeping us informed every step of the way, truly brought us peace. She was amazing.
