Big O Tires

I had 4 tires replaced and this was a great experience! Excellent service, great prices didn’t have to wait and was done quickly. Sam was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful! Highly recommend!

Awesome Positive Experience!! Micah and his crew are top notch. I had purchased some after market wheels from Big O in Nampa in 2012 (same franchise, different owners). Fast forward, I had replaced a single cracked wheel 2 yrs ago, out of my pocket from a different vendor and then noticed I had two cracked wheels this spring, (3 total). Found my old receipts and saw it was 100% structural warranty. Stopped by, spoke to Micah and he went to bat for me, he contacted the manufacturer and was very honest. Being 11 yrs after purchase he said they might; A. do nothing, B. Replace the 2 cracked ones, or C. Replace all 4. In the end the manufacturer gave me a choice of replacing the 2 currently cracked wheels, or picking from a different style and replacing all 4 wheels. I chose to replace all 4 and as I needed new tires, Micah ordered them in and now I am rolling smoothly again. Thanks guys, you have my business!!

This BigO location is run with perfection. Well staffed, confident & knowledgeable, congenial & genuinely seem happy to be working here! From my call to end tire installation was exceptional. Micah helped me chose the best tire for my car, he checked and compared giving me good info. Plus checked for discounts/best pricing. Quick installation. 45 minutes. Waiting room is pleasant—coffee & popcorn. I especially liked the large dining table as I used it to get some paperwork done while waiting. I’ve been to BigO stores in several states over the years and this one is superior!!
