The lady that was there was very personable and very nice very good at doing her job. That was the easiest emissions test I have been to.

Dear All Automotive Center Owner, We see your picture in the listing but it looks a good twenty years old. You appear about 50-75 lbs heavier on site. We spoke with your son who works on site after he had broken part of our vehicle. He became disgruntled when we attempted to address the issues that he had caused. Then we asked to speak with you only to find that the young man was your son, despite you hiding this fact. That young man should not be allowed to work at your site as we have now spoken with more individuals that have damaged vehicles because of this young man. Please remove your son. He causes you to become irrational and lash out at customers. We didn't appreciate being treated so poorly or be-littled. We will assume you were having a bad day that day but your son gets the best of you and lowers your integrity and reputation. Nampa doesn't need any more businesses like this. Had my car all day and never called to tell me they had no one to do the work. Dropped off at 8 in the morning and I finally called at 5 to someone who didnt know there wouldnt be anyone there to do the work. I had made the appointment on monday and this was a friday.
