I had total brake failure on my 2011 Ford Edge. I brought the car to them at 9 am, expecting a day or two wait on parts and a hefty bill. Instead, they called me 2 hours later with bill under $200! My brakes work better than they have in over a year. They were amazing, and I highly recommend them for any car repair.

Owen and team were professional, friendly, and speedy. Oh, did I mention they bill is super pocket friendly (WAY WAY below dealership)? My 2016 F-150 has 110k+ miles on it and engine light acted up in mid-July 2023 for Cat Converter during my road trip. I quoted from Denver to Seattle (~10 quotes), and only American Muffler had both great reviews and lowest price. Yes, they are even cheaper than competitors across the Oregon border even after tax! Furthermore, they have parts ready to go. I pointed this out because 3 Ford dealers I called (Seattle, Twin Falls, Denver) have backlogged at least 3 weeks out. I arrived there and the check-in was smooth, Owen was friendly and witty. I took their cash promo deal and in 2 hours, I was out of the door with happy face. If there's anything I wanna nitpick, that'd be about setting expectations. One of their guys told me the engine light would be off within 100 miles. Well, I was on the road trip back to Seattle, so I surpassed it in 2 hours, and

I had my G6 straight piped and other work done on it by them and I'm never disappointed. Great work good guys ???? (update- had a muffler delete done on my Nissan Altima super easy to work with and I was in and out I highly recommend exhaust work from here they don't over charge either great service and experience)
