My car quit unexpectedly, I called Reliable Automotive. They answered quickly and got me in quickly to check things out the next day. They looked through everything, gave me their analysis and were very accommodating to work with me when I had a couple things come up to come get my car. They are very helpful and seemed knowledgeable, I had a good experience.

Good service and they where able to get me in quickly and point out the problem. Diagnostic was $65 which is the best price in town. Highly recommended for anyone looking to do a repair on the there Vehicle.

We live in Oregon and needed information on repeated transmission and brake failures that started at 43,000 miles on our 2019 Chevy Silverado. Their mechanic, Eric, took about 20 minutes out of his day to troubleshoot what might be going on and walk us through how to approach the dealership about losing faith in Chevy and this truck in particular. He was extremely helpful in an ethical manner, and although we did not get automotive repair service, we travel throughout the PNW often will add Reliable Automotive to our very short list of trustworthy mechanics should we need them when in Idaho!
