Bad experience with this company... and wasn't even seeking their services. Just parked temporarily in the dirt lot between them and public storage. They left this less than friendly note on my window. (Using some other company's letterhead) When I tried to tell them this might seem a bit aggressive towards potential would be customers and they should not use other people's letter head they just kinda laughed it off and said "we have had a big problem with people parking there" Then put up at least a dang sign or something. And use your own letterhead. And maybe try wording it better. They did not listen in person, so I hope they see this review and take a hint.

Went in for evaluation of fast battery discharge. Precision found a computer chip that was pulling the charge down rapidly. Replaced, and battery held charge, but later began to discharge again. Precision quickly rechecked, found chip was ok, but said that our (fairly new) battery was prone to early failure. We had them replace battery with one of theirs, and no further problems. They didn't charge for the re-evaluation. Services: Electrical, Battery
