John was amazing dealing with my Mercedes! Overall, I been here twice and I had nothing but GREAT experiences. Brad was also a really nice guy I got to meet. Thanks once again!
I took my 25 year old BMW to Oscar's Automotive where my service advisor, John, was very knowledgeable about my car. John insisted that they go through the vehicle by process of elimination before jumping right to the worse case scenario. Although we knew that it probably was the blower and resistor that needed to be changed. Unfortunately, it was what we all thought. However, John and the team at Oscar's jumped right on the job resulting in me getting my car returned to me in great working condition. While my car was there they also serviced all the fluids (oil, transmission, differential, and brakes). This is a top notch shop who I will continue to bring work for my BMW to.
