Here is my story and you can decide who is telling the truth. I am a female sr citizen who they took a bit of advantage of by denying that I mentioned certain issues. I mentioned certain issues that I've had for at least 5 years. They even wrote it down. I had a witness listen to me YET, they stated that the issue was not checked or on their checksheet as I did not mention it. It was the main reason I took the car in. Also, mentioning I had an oil or some kind of leak for about 20 years, t
I only choose Naylors because they are transparent and always amazing along with being Toyota specialists! Steve has been absolutely awesome and went out his way for me.
