They ordered a new tire, had it there the next day, serviced my car and installed the new tire in under 2 hours!
I needed new windshield wipers, front and back. They had the front ones in stock but needed to have the back one delivered. They said it might take a half hour to get them. I decided to just wait rather than leave and come back. The wipers were delivered while he was installing the front ones and everything was done so quickly. I always go to Firestone for tires and service. They are extremely reliable and don't try to sell me services or items I don't need and they do an excellent job on services they provide.
We wasted $1200 on a repair, and they destroyed something they should have never been working around! The only reason it's 2 stars is because they did offer after 4 days of radio silence to fix it cost free.
