Taylor F was super personable and helpful- he took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and was honest and genuine. He communicated everything well and made sure to clarify so that we were both on the same page at all important junctures- as well as being judgment free on what I wasn’t sure I wanted to pay for yet or not. According to the (also very thorough) paperwork that displays what they did and what needs to be done Wes H did the work on the car. Based on my conversations with Taylor, Wes was as thorough as everything else they’ve done so far. I’m excited to have found a mechanic shop that feels like they’re doing everything right and being rad about it. These guys deserve raises!

Brandon at the Federal Way branch diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and got them installed within 3 business days. The part was faulty but Brandon and Dowdy stood behind their work and got the car back up and running within one business day. I have used Dowdy's for eight years and have always been satisfied with their work and the fact that they stand behind their work.
