Carl is a great mechanic and wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my car. I've known him for years and he always takes time to explain what needs to be fixed and he shows me the parts that he's had to replace. I trust him to do the best job for me and my vehicles.

Carl is the best. About 2 months ago my prius gave me a scary code asking me to pull over in a safe place. I took the car to Carl. He helped it out with great care, diagnosing the issue with skill and competence. He went out of his way to learn everything he could about the hybrid system and remedies for the issue. Eventually, after talking through a few options, we decided to swap out the hyrbid battery. This seemed pretty scary, but I felt confident in Carl's abilities. He took care of it and was over the moon about the learning experience. He taught me all about the system and I left with what feels like a brand new prius. My work has been using Carl's for a long time, so I brought my 2001 Tundra to him when it needed its 200k timing/water pump/etc done.
