On a family road trip and car started overheating. They were so helpful and respectful. Took care of all of needs and helped keep the kids entertained in this stressful situation. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service!! I’d give them a 10 if I could. They are the only shop in Boise I will ever go because they are honest, efficient and quick to get your vehicle in as well as fair in price. Go see them!!!
Friendly, but alignment service needs attention. I brought my car in for an alignment and for the most part it was good, but the wheel was off center to the left. I turned around and came right back and told them about it, they took it back and addressed it. I took the car back and the wheel was still off center to te left and the car pulled to the right slightly. I noticed that test drives arent done after alignment services, and if they were, this issue would've been caught immediately.
