Always love the work that Big-O tires does... Their employees are polite, personable & very professional... Keaton Keene & Courtney Alley truly "know their stuff"!!! I have been a customer of Big-O Tires(14th & Main) since 1990[since it was owned by Mick Alley]... They've "always" taken care of my vehicles with the same care that I take with them, which is why I come back to them...
Josh, Keaton and Keaton's wife and their dog Huckleberry have all been awesome. Since I moved here from Lousiana its been hard to find a good Big O. I went to a couple of other Big O's in Nampa, Meridian and Boise and all of them had very poor service and lacked expertise until I found this Big O on Main street. If your vehicel needs attention I highly recommend this place because they are over the top.
I came here after almost getting scammed by another shop in garden city. They aligned my truck perfectly and we’re super friendly and fast. They even helped me get my battery situation resolved in a convenient manner I’ll definitely be back!
