Scott at Aamco was working the front desk and took my situation into consideration with not having a ride home while my truck got diagnosed and, moved some things around in their schedule to get my truck diagnosed sooner and get me back home. Made an appointment online and received a confirmation email. Went in at my appointment time and they said the system doesn't talk to the online scheduler and they had no time to fit me in. The man working was kind but a frustrating experience when I made an appointment and had planned my morning around that.
