I had an urgent brake issue come up prior to leaving town. I was able to call them and drop off my truck for the duration of my trip. Not only was everything done professionally but I got a phone call from the team to let me know some other diagnostic items they found to think about over the next year or two. They weren't trying to push for more money, just doing the right thing and be ok ng transparent. Will definitely use them again! Service: Auto brake replacement

Called earlier in the day for service, was told it would be 65$ and to stop by. When I got there they were closing early for the day and said they would still do it but now it was going to cost 100$. Would not recommend a facility that will randomly change their prices when you get there.

Burch Auto Repair is a trusted family owned business. I would recommend this auto shop for everyone especially women, as I feel safe, heard, and a easiness when car issues are being explained to me. Joe the lead mechanic is very professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and thorough when conducting and completing business. The shop overall has a very welcoming pure atmosphere. Thanks
