Was not impressed with them by any means took them forever to call back and they left my truck tore apart and still didn’t fix the problem definitely not satisfied and won’t send any one to them

Worst customer service I ever experienced at an auto shop. The environment was not welcoming the tone of voice was not pleasant. I was given inaccurate information by the the gentleman who told me that my car is going to be look at the same day and it will just be few hours. About 4 hours of me waiting I came to find out that the car has not even been placed in the shop for it to be look at by the way I had scheduled an appointment few days earlier and was told to bring it in. He then turn around and lied saying he never told me it was going to be couple of hours and had told me to leave it there when he publicly provided me misinformation. They could not own up to their mistake. Also just to check my AC compressor they charge about 200 and something dollars and did not even done any work to it. Also for the AC repair they were charging me 1,498.57 dollars where I took it somewhere else and I only pay 75% less for the same service. These people are scammers they charge heavily for the

I was amazed at the service. We had a lot of work done. They communicated with me and did a great job. They were just a hair over the estimate but it wasn't a surprise. I brought an inspection from another service and they told me what really needed to be done and what didn't. Another plus is that they are open late. Honest, reliable, great communication and very friendly. I have and will continue to recommend Ultimate Automotive!
