The was no communication about why did you set an appointment a month ahead without vetting with my insurance and the other personal insurance when I was there. Wasted a month of my time! Then had to set one twenty days later.

Steer away from this collision center. Had a accident on our car and it took 8 months to repair because everything was coming from over seas but they were HORRIBLE at communication. Actually it was non existent unless we were the ones reaching out to them. Even then they would not pick up our calls unless we blocked our phone number or called from a different phone. The day we went to pick up the car the new front bumper had scratches on multiple places. Talk about lack of quality work and just flat out laziness. So we had to wait yet another day. Now there are more issues with it because it was just sitting there in their parking lot all winter. Issues that it didn't even have before because it drove smoothly. Now we have to deal with all these other issues on it that were clearly not our fault. Do not recommend to ANYONE.

Have used this shop for years. Today was the worst experience I have had with them. Not using the correct terminology but they couldnt write me an estimate without a referral number from the Insurance carrier. I took the time and obtained a claim number but that wouldnt work. They didnt want to have to come out and write an estimate and then enter it again on the form required by the Insurance carrier. I drove from the other side of the City and my inconvenience had no bearing. I drove to a competitor, estimate written, appointment set up. They were willing to come out and write the estimate and then deal with the Insurance carrier. What a disapointment
