Let me just say, this was my first time experience getting my car fixed for any reason. Due to the recent storm, my car got hail damage and needed to get fixed ASAP. I was intimidated by the turn around time and the whole process that goes into it. When I first called Scotty's to set up my appointment, they were able to squeeze me in at the earliest slot which made me feel better I didn't need to wait it out further. They told me it would take a week for the repair to be done. I asked myself like, "Really? Is that even possible?" Sure enough, they made it happen. The whole experience was nothing but a breeze! I was VERY impressed by their professionalism, timely service, and empathy to my needs. My car looks brand new and like nothing happened to it. On top of that, they detailed my car and told me I can drop off my rental car and they will handle the rest. Honestly, what more can you ask for? We took our 2012 ram truck to Scotty's to have repairs done do to somebody stealing our vehicle. Kim Dave and all others from Scotty's have been awesome. The body guys there are second to none thank you so much for the great work and QuickTime.
