The last time that I got my car back from Hickman Auto, they treated it with practically no care at all. They had broken a knob on my radio, left a 5" long scratch on my front bumper, and the interior and exterior were filthy after I had left the car there in clean condition. I also asked them to fix and calibrate the Speedometer. I got pulled over a week after getting the car back from them because the Speedometer read 38 MPH and the officer said that I was going 49 MPH. So Hickman Auto didn't calibrate the Speedometer and I almost got a ticket when I thought I was driving safely.

My first experience with Hickman Auto was excellent! I have spent years trying to find a competent mechanic to service my 1973 450sl and I have finally found the right auto service. Within minutes of meeting the owner I could trust that he knew his product and would show care for me and my car. Where others were making expensive guesses to address issues, Hickman Auto immediately identified the problems and made recommendations on what needed attention and what didn't need repair. I had recently been passed down a 1984 porsche 944 from my grandfather, it had mot run in almost 4 years, 24 hours after taking the car to their shop I received a call from them, saying that they were able to start my car and get it running!
