Great job, cheaper oil change but air filter quote, tire quote and other mechanic work quote was way over priced. Regardless I will definitely do more business with them. Thanks!
Oh LET'S GET INTO THE DETALS NOW. THESE PEOPLE ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS OR TREAT THEM, THEY DO NOT CALL YOU WITH AN UPDATE ON WHAT'S GOING ON WITH YOUR VEHICLE.... LIKE WHO DOES THAT? COMMUNICATION IS TOTALLY NOT A PLUS FOR THEM. HOW CAN YOU ALLOW FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TAKE SOMEONE'S CAR OR TRUCK AND NOT INFORM THE CUSTOMER WHAT IS GOING ON AHEAD OF TIME??? HOW DO YOU KNOW IF THAT'S WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS? HOW DO YOU KNOW IF THE CUSTOMER HAS OTHERS PLANS FOR THEIR VEHICLE OF YOU DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CALL OR LEAVE A VOICEMAIL???? I KNOW ONE THING I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with THESE FOLKS AGAIN AND I DO NOT ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO COME HERE.
