After receiving a quote over the phone for an oil change, I chose to go to this business. I was desperate at the time and low on cash. But then I get to the business and the cost went up $18. What?! How does it just jump in price like that?! That is Bad business and will make me a one time customer. Service: Oil change
Called to ask if they could change a turbo charger boost solenoid. The man that answered was rude and condescending. Stated they wouldn't do the job without running their own diagnostic which was going to be $138. Then they'd charge $100+/hr to work on my car. Sir you're not saving lives so you don't deserve a higher pay rate than us nurses that do!
