Excellent auto service and customer service. They are polite and efficient. I have recommended Ben's Auto Service to several friends and they all agree with me. Easy on the wallet also, another plus!
We were driving from Minnesota to Missouri and just outside of Des Moines my Honda started misfiring. It was 6pm on a Saturday and I couldn't stay in Des Moines to wait for a shop to open. Ben's was about to close but they said they would take a look. They scanned it, found the problem, got parts, fixed it, cleared the check engine light, and I was on my way in less than an hour. These guys were life savers!
