Varn's Body Shop

A month ago I made an appointment to see if they could fix my truck tailgate. Was told they would get back to me. Still no phone call even after I made her write it down correctly. Bad experience overall. No calls. Cell phones have records of those things. Not even a voicemail. If you want business you leave a voicemail. Varn's response is an attempt to make me look like the bad guy. Another example of how they treat people.

100% recommend! You will not find better service or quality of work. If you are involved in an accident, they will walk you through the entire process, handle the insurance process and get your vehicle back looking better than before. I took my truck there cause I was told they do good work,well it's the worst experience I have ever dealt with,the lady in the office told me that I didn't need to be concerned about a situation that I brought to her attention,told me not to worry about it,that it would be handled which was a lie and lied about it and it has come back to further problems with the insurance company,the craftsmanship of the work that was done terrible I wouldn't recommend this shop to nobody,obviously they got paid and that's all they care about obviously.
