Tuffy by Brakes Plus

I had a vehicle repair done at a shop(Brakes Plus) in Cedar Rapids Iowa, they replaced a drivers rear axle seal and 4 wheel studs, when they did this I asked them to check over all the other components they had to remove to replace the seal, when they did they stated all the components were in good shape and working order and nothing else needed to be replaced. Once the repair was complete they explained to me that their warranty period was 12 months or 12,000 miles. At the time of the repair the vehicle had 192,628 miles. The following day my vehicle suffered a catastrophic failure on the assembly that they had worked on and caused excessive damages to the rest of the components and the entire rear axle, at the time of the catastrophic failure the vehicle has 193,345 miles on it. I contacted the company and asked how they wanted to handle the warranty claim process and they asked me to have the vehicle towed to another shop to confirm or deny that the work they conducted to the vehicl
