Tuffy by Brakes Plus

There is a reason the good auto places are booked up for weeks and you can get in next day here. Had to go back three times to get my first initial problem fixed. Last two (different) visits I have had to question if I actually needed all the work done or if they were just running up a bill on me. Won't be coming back!!

I had an amazing experience here! My AC unit had gone out on the way down to Cedar Rapids, and I had a five hour drive ahead of me to get home. The front desk receptionist was lovely and professional, and the mechanic that worked on my car (Kevin) was incredible, gave me good and honest advice on what needed to be done about my car, and also gave me a temporary fix for the drive home! I would recommend these guys to anyone, they really go out of their way to help & are extremely knowledgeable!

Tuffy's Tire & Auto Service Center has the best car service in CR!! I brought my car here with engine & brake problems and had no trouble getting it checked out and fixed ASAP. The employees here are extremely helpful and respectful to their customers and have no problem with fixing any car problems. I will be coming here for my car services from now on the service here is great!! Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change
