Tires Plus

Had these guys attempt to rotate and balance tires, they said they couldn’t do a balance due to their machine being “broken” and just rotated the tires. Then driving home one of my center caps comes flying off. They will not reach a reasonable resolution and are really not trying to rectify their mistake. Would not recommend going here. Let me first state that the mechanic who worked on my car normally does great work. Also they fixed the problem right away once it was discovered. I went in to get an oil change and my wife was hearing a noise when she backed out. It turned out that the brakes and calipers were bad. We paid the fee and after sitting there for around 4 hours it was done. I got in the car and heard a noise so I turned around. I went in and was advised that the noise was completely normal and to come back in 2 days if it hasn't gone away. I asked if he was sure and the person behind the counter at that time said he was sure. I took it back the next day because the sound was unbearable. 2 mechanics went on a test drive the 2nd one checked the tire and brake area and immediately knew what was going on. They forgot to put the bolts back on the calipers. So I had to take over another hour to get that fixed. Very frustrating They should of paid me for waiting.
